On my dads 2001 Park Avenue Ultra w/ 90k miles the car is making a groaning noise when you reach 30 MPH roughly and when you decelerate it will sound like its "Winding Down". It will do it while going straight or turning. YOu can feelit in the steering wheel and you can hear it. Any ideas? Checked Motor Mounts they are good. Fluids are ok. Help!

Sounds like it could be a wheel bearing. Jack the front end of the car up, and on eah wheel, place your hands in the 12 and 6 o'clock position and see if any play exists in the wheel. Try also with your hands at 3 and 9 o'clock. Do the same for both front wheels. The wheels should be solid. If you have any playm then a wheel bearing or lower ball joint may need replacing.
