Hi
Today the oil light start to blinking with chime sound .
I checked the Gauge info in the oil pressure and I saw 3 lines , sometimes it go to "low" and jump to normal range .
If not, then you probably have oil pressure. 3800 Series 2'* aren't known for losing oil pressure without being out of oil, heavily abused, extremely high mileage, and/or a combination of the three.
My $0.02:
It'* an 18 year old 3800 series 2. If the oil pressure sensor hasn't been replaced in a while or you don't know how old it is then you should replace it.
Then if it still has an issue then troubleshoot further.
I'll bet that the connector is full of oil right now.
Thank you !
I'll check the connector and update .
I don't know when the sensor replaced but when I check the oil level i see the level is a little bit more high from the maximum level . It'* could be the reason ?
Throw another oil pressure in it and see if it works. They have been known to leak and cause fluctuations in OP. This is a lot easier to do then plumbing in a manual OP gauge.
Thank you !

Just curious what you found out? Did you resolve your problem?
