likely the icm itself then, best bet is delco or delphi one, rockauto has good prices on oem parts. if you need it now, advance carries some but you will pay for the having it in stock. if you go on line you can pay online and pickup in store, enter p20 in the box and save 20%

So, it was the ICM. Had it tested and it definitely tested bad. Replaced it, cleared the codes and runs like a champ. Thanks for everyone'* assistance.
