Did you see the entire door seal all the way at both ends of its travel?

If you have low gas you are wasting your time until you verify it.

I worked on it more today..... I changed out the thermostat..... I visually saw the mode doors and actuators working.... I open/closed them with my scan tool. I flushed out the heater core (after letting vinegar sit in it about an hour. I used my Thermal Heat tester and put the red dot on hoses to verify the temp of the hose and all that was showing just fine..... I've never seen anything like this.

So you visually saw the mode and blend doors working, and saw them both seat all the way open and all the way closed? Not the actuators, but the actual doors like with the dash taken almost completely apart?

Do we have warped ducts?
Does the airflow remain the same in all modes?

I flushed the heater core again for the 3rd time, I then flushed the entire system and put new Anti-Freeze in, and made sure again everything was up to proper levels, and after I had done all the flushing etc, it started blowing warm again. So I guess maybe there was something clogging the core even though it seemed everything was flowing appropriately the first time around.

It is a tank-to-tank core, so it very well could have had half plugged up and coolant would still find its way through. Glad you got it sorted!

I flushed it 3 times and it worked fine for 3 weeks then started the same old thing again. I may need to flush it again.

Yes, I visually saw each door working just fine in all their travel.
