I did head gasket an intake gaskets so I had everything pulled off of the top of the engine that one connector is the only thing I can't find where it goes

Run the engine, check for codes if you can. Otherwise, if CEL isn't on, then you probably have everything connected.

That'* what I was going to do originally but the car will only start when you hold the gas down one of the two wires has power when you turn the key on so I figured it might have went to a sensor Maybe the wire is located next to the O2 sensor and before the alternator if that helps

Are you missing a MAP sensor?

And did you do anything with the TPS sensor(which doesn't connect to the connector in your hand)

The map sensor is on the left side of the upper plenum correct and the TPS sensor is next to the crank pulley both of them are connected
