Water Pump Failing?

Yep...its located on a belt under the airbox, its tight in there man, everything is under something

I don't think its the water pump tho, I looked an its dry, I believe it was melting ice from behind my bumper...to many winter washes

All temps have been steady freddy. Car warms up and cools down as usual and holds its operating temperature without a problem.
And ya, it has 2 belts :? I can only see one pulley on the driver side, the belt snakes down and under something and god knows where the belt goes on the passenger side, I still cant find the alternator

I don't know if this will help of not, but on PJ'* car, when the water pump was going or had gone (happened twice), the car made a moan/whine noise. As the RPM'* went up, the whine noise got louder for obvious reasons.
