Default oil flow vids

i know this applies to all engines, but considering the vids arent from a 3800 i decided to post it here.

these vids are of some sort of metal plate, which i blieve is a cam chain cover, that is directly underneath my oil cap...and you can really see how the oil flows better once warm.

Click here to watch oilflowcold thats just after starting the engine.

Click here to watch oilflowwarm this is after the engine has warmed up quite a bit.

i know everyone knows oil flows better with a warm engine, which is why you need to be easy on a cold one, but this really helps visualize it for me.

Nice comparison, Little HooV. And a good thing to consider, being as how the N* has disposable heads. I try to start mine 10 mins before I have to get up the hill.
