My mom was actually looking at a blue/grey colored Impala SS back in 1995, but she didnt get it because it had rear wheel drive. One of her requirements was front wheel drive. That is also a major reason she got the Bonnie over the 300 or STS. She never would have considered the GXP, but because of the great deal she was offered, she took it.

That emergency kit or black bag as you call it, was standard equip on the ssei'* but optional on the 04/05 gxp'* Just as the hud'* were standard on ssei'* again it'* optional in the 04/05 gxp

Thats interesting, i hope i can find one. I also like the look of the 2 tone seats with leather and suede, just hope it holds up as well as leather.
