New GXP info

I bet you the differences in internal components are not the reason behind the sudden drop-off in the powerband up top. I bet you the calibration pulls out timing on the 4.4L motor to make the peak rankings in the Cadillac motor remain on top. I bet some recalibration work will put the peak differences very close.

Nice application of carbon fiber style paneling + silver shift **** = best interior yet! If my bonnie had a black interior I would be grabbing a **** from the dealer when they come out.
On a side note, if you want a pair of the GXP wheels, I saw them on an Aztec the other day. I did a double take when I saw them. You might be able to get the wheels cheaper if you buy the Aztec too.

That interior shot looks identical to a 2000 SSEi except for the carbon fibre inlays and the shifter handle.
I really like the stock handle. It'* cool, literally.
The solid aluminum T-grip Hurst shifter handle on my Firebird get so hot if left in the sun...ouch. Looks great though.

the GXP pieces will fit alot better than a flat dash kit, as our dashes are very curvy. I would wait and check out the GXP first. I think im gonna look and see how much those rims are on gmpartsdirect.com
