Looking for input

How difficult is it to pull the engine from a '97 Aurora? Is it a PITA, or pretty straight forward?

Some guy is wanting to trade his motorcycle to somebody else to put a motor in his car. Direct swap. Same type of engine. Old one needs to come out, new one needs to go in.
