headlamp problem or not

Default headlamp problem or not
I noticed each headlight on my GXP has some sort of black metal piece in front of each bulb. The one on my D/* high beam has fallen off inside the housing. What do these black things do? Will the dealer fix this?

It is a reflector, only serviced with a headlamp assy. You'll need a new lamp.

Well I know that the dealer will have to order the part so i will just drive it like this unless the bulb blows or I have to bring it in for something major.
