GXP rotors warped!
That'* funny, my dealer told me they won't replace the rotors and it pisses me off. I didn't buy the car with cut rotors. I figure they're looking at it being out of warranty before they see it again, but not this car, it loves the dealership. Now the windows are fogging and the AC isn't working right. Back it goes again.
My dealer replaced them under warranty last week with only 9k miles on the car. There was another gxp with 15k miles on it getting repaired as well.
Has anyone had issues with fog lights? This is the fourth time one has gone out.

Mine is at the dealer yet again... Now the AC is screwed up and the drivers seat rail needs to be replaced. The heads up still vibrates after two replacements... the list just continues to grow. The GM Gods must be mad at me yet I have no clue what I did to deserve this car. The really sad part is it blue books at about 12k less than what we owe.
In other words I am stuck with it so I just hope it will all be replaced before the warranty runs out. crosses fingers and toes...
I have a 2004 GXP with about 14,000 miles on it. I recently noticed an annoying squeaking sound coming from the front brakes. I took it to the dealer to check out. The dealer said the brake pads were getting hung up on the pins they slide on and caused the brake pads to wear out prematurely. One of the brake pads was all the way worn out and both rotors were wavy (even the side where the pads were not worn out on was wavy - I find the unusual at only 14,000 miles). The dealer repaired the problem, resurfaced both rotors and replaced the front brake pads, all under the warranty.
Yup, that'* exactly why GM repurchased my GXP. Now you have thin rotors that will start warping as you put the heat to them. Good luck. By the time it happens again it will be close to or out of warranty.
