Remove the DRL relay (30) in the Underhood Fuse Block. Fabricate a jumper (at least #16 AWG) to jumper across terminals 30 & 87a in the socket that was vacated by the DRL relay. This will prevent DRL'* from coming on. It will also disable the DRL function of the Perimeter lighting feature. I thought this was in the TECHINFO, but did not see it. This procedure applies to the 2000+ Bonnevilles. It should not affect the fog lights.

The fuse box in different in the V8 GXP... I pulled fuse #24, and got rid of the headlights, but still have the parking lights and interior lights burning.
What do you mean you still have interior lights burning with fuse 24 out? You mean upon entry/exit lighting? Did that disable the DRL'* though? I'm curious how to do this as well.
As for the fog lights, I read the other thread about having them on all the time, but on my '05 its a "soft touch" button, meaning it goes back to off every time I turn the car on, and my fogs are not on with my DRL'*, is that not how it is on all GXP'*?

The auto headlights, approch lights, and delayed lighting all seem to work as normal with the fuse gone. .
Thanks for the help folks.
