Default Floor Mats???

Since this board appears to be on life support I thought I would start a new topic and try to liven things up a bit.

I need new floor mats for my GXP and the ones at Autozone just don't cut it.

Can anyone provide a source for some upscale mats worthy of residing in a GXP?

Where did you get them? Why do you like them? Provide a photo if you want.

Thanks in advance.

I dont know what your style is but im a redneck who loves some camo these are my fronts

And my rears

Altho depending on your interior color i know ive got some nice ones laying around ive kept out of cars..Are you looking for cloth ones or rubber?what is your taste..3D completly smooth and flat??I like 3D ones because they have the border around them that holds dirt/water and its easy to clean them off instead of letting crap run off onto your carpet

The original mats appeared to be sized to fit the car. The generics I see available are smaller than the originals. They will not provide the same level of protection because they are smaller. As for the material I prefer smooth carpeting over rubber. The car is graystone metallic with the gray interior.

That'* just one of many. I just did a google search for "custom floor mats" and a bunch of sites came up. Plenty of companies can make them sized for the car, in any color and some even add logos or words.

I have bought custom mats with the Pontiac logo about two years ago. The mats were expensive and it was a disappointing experience. The mats were undersized and the color faded after a few months.

I hope hear from anyone who has had a good experience buying aftermarket mats with comments regarding the source and why they were pleased with the vendor they selected.

I went into my local Buick dealer when I bought the SSEi, and they said they could still get me floor mats if I needed them. You could also check there.

While I do appreciate your attempt to liven things up (after all, what could be more exciting than floor mats?!?!?) this board is far from being on life support. Active participation, solid tech support, and a team of members ready to help with any problem.

This Board (GXP) is a bit slow, But. It was only made for two years around 10 active GXP members, and the GXP'* seem to be reliable/few common quirks. Hard to get lively here. Zzzzzzz.
