mine runs a bit hot, but only because the radiator is cracked... other than that it runs cool.. im also in need of a new fuel pressure regulator..
I love the aurora, but it still hasnt broken on me yet, other than the radiator.. however, ive only had it for 6k miles so far.. other than that it has 104k on it and runs and drives beautifully

My 97 Aurora has 174K on it. Replaced the radiator this summer, mine runs about 220 when hot out w/AC on. Now that it'* cooled down, it stays at 195. Love the car!

Default 4.0 V8 Is Hot!

The Aurora has the the 3.5 V6 up to 2001. 2002-2003 only offers the 4.0 if I'm not mistaken. The 4.0 can get pretty hot under the hood, but that baby runs smooth for me. I bought her used and she has been a dream so far. This car has definitely made my Bonneville separation alot less painful. Check it out for yourself though.

Please don't dig up topics this old. This one started a year and a half ago.

Please start a NEW topic rather than digging and blowing off the dust.
