Plugs

Replace with AC Delco only, messing around with anything but stock with your plugs/wires is a waste of hard earned greenbacks.

I agree that it'* probably plugs and wires, but curious how does it start up, any delay or hesistation at all? If so that'* the Fuel Pressure Regulator going on you, it'* a common problems with Northstars

what year is it? if its 96+, its obdII, a scanner would tell you everything. its a worthwhile investment to even buy one at a few hundred bucks, especially if you have alot of slightly older cars, it'll pay for itself

could be anything, FPR like taylor said, i had a problem with my EGR, plugs, the list goes on and on, i hate fixing stuff trial and error.

Yes, absolutely, also its smart to get a GM service manual for the 99 Aurora to assist you. They are worth their weight in gold.

And the starting is HORRIBLE! I have to hit the gas while turning the ignition about a good 4-5 times like an Old School car. I thought that it being fuel injected would make the car start right up

Ok, sounds like fuel pressure regulator, common failure, its a DIY job and the part is not that expensive.

Get it fixed.
