Any GXP sightings in the US yet?

They told me it had been invoiced, but they didn't know when they'd see it exactly.

They can mark it up because of the Northstar V8 hype. They think that true car enthusiasts don't realize that they used the lesser of the two potent engines. In my opinion the price should remain classic $34,900 before rebates, etc. Now that is the price of the 205hp SLE
Crazy! Crazy!
Crazy! Crazy!
i seen a silver gxp today
and i must say the 375hp northstar v-8 was a nice site but i also looked at the GTO :? with the corvette engine. i like the drivetrain but the car still has alot too be desired, and the fact you only get one option of 6 speed or 4 speed auto tranny was a bit disappointing. i mean this is a legend coming back too life, you'd think they would be able too dress it up a bit more. it'* not like they have too be concerned of weigh/performance ratio'*. i don't know just my opion i guess.

do tell! wonder whats out there for hoods, maybe better gfx. i really wish a sunroof would have been a option, navi may be pushing it, but its supposed to be competeing with the g35 coupe, so it needs those features too!
Just saw one yesterday! VERY sweet. I was driving back home from Chicago. I saw it at an intersection in Valparaiso, Indiana. Too bad I didn't have my camera with me.
It was evening, so maybe the sunset was messing with my eyes, but the car looked like it was Blue Ice Metallic. The pontiac.com website doesn't list Blue Ice Metallic as a color on GXPs (though it is on SE'* and SLE'*), so perhaps it was just the blue sky reflecting off of silver paint? Or maybe it was a custom request?
A very elderly man was driving with his wife in the passenger seat...certainly not the type that would appreciate the additional power, suspension, and other fun items.
Can't wait to hit the lottery for one of those....or hope my stocks climb climb climb!

But the interior styling leaves a lot to be desired.
And the new 300 has been mistaken for a Bentley.
If it was a bigger car I might mistake it for one myself. I parked next to one and it is almost the identical length of a 1996/1999 SSE/SSEi.
But, the difference is the 4.6 is a proven engine already, as is the 4T80E HD trans. The Hemi is new, and it'* transmission is even newer. How they'll fair in the long run is something we'll have to wait and see. My dad has a Road & Track Magazine dedicated to the new Chrysler 300C. Has some interesting info/pics.
