You help make my point rather well. ....... great aunt, cashmere bench seats, car port......... ya might as well include modem and DSL to the post... Nothing personal, just my first impression of the car.

The 2006 GXP has the 5.3 L N* rated at 303 hp.

The 2006 GP GXP has an OHV 5.3L DOD V8 based of the Gen IV LS2! The Lucrene gets a 4.6L Northstar V8! In the CXL V8 and CXS. My aunts new Lucrene is nice I just saw it looks rather good. I actually like them the first Buick I like.

They should have squeezed in the 6.1 L, Chrysler still has it beat in the hp rating.

So it'* still a FWD configuration :?:

I noticed something odd on the buick website while looking over the lucerne... if you go the the lucerne'* page and click the interior tab at the top to see the features, the shot of the interior shows a navagation system (although there is NO extra tab explaining it.) Obviously this means they made one with navi. HOWEVER, if you go and build you own, even the top o' the line CXL... there is no navigation option available. Only sound system option is a 6-disc in dash for $300. Weird huh? They must have pulled the option or something.

Not as much hp but at least it wont pull to the right like the Magnum and the 300C.
