Looked at a 1998 Eldorado today. Black with chrome rims and red pin striping. Looked pretty nice, but no sunroof or overhead console -WTF?!! Anyhow, with 98,000 miles on the clock they are asking $7500/bo. I just looked at it (was parked at the end of a long driveway and was on the way to dinner for Mother'* Day with the rest of the family.
Anyhow it was pretty clean overall from what I could see.
Anyone know of a good Eldorado site/forum where I could get an idea about them?
My neighbor had a 98 back when they were new, and I loved it, but never got much of the details on it other than knowing it was a 300hp N* V8 and it was a bad *** car to a 18 yo.

Well.. there an Ebody(just like my trofeo :o ), and it doesnt have 295 hp unless it is an ETC... If its not an ETC then it just has 275. ... anyway... At 98,000miles is almost high miles for that car.. I would get it thoughly checked out, and the oil sampled(for particles) because that engine to buy new is worth more then the car as it sits.

95'* got a updated intake manifold, so there 300hp or 275, the older where 295 or 270. truely beautiful cars. love the black ones, and the pearl white ones.
