when you take a rim you have to consider the overall height/// that is you have to consider the height of the tire as well as the rim size

I dont know is I agree since 2" less inches to turn would give it an advantage. I knew a friend that could not spin tires with his 17 inch rims but after putting 15s he could spin at will.

better low end pickup was acheved at the cost of higher speed power
it really depends on the overall weight of the rims tires....larger rims are generally heavier than OEM wheels

you also need to be sure that you keep the overall heigth of the tires the same between the stockers and the aft mkt ones
