2000 Silver SSEI is on a distinguished road
Default XM in 2000

I have a 2000 with the highend bose factory system. They made what seems to be the same deck in 03 with XM. I was woundering if any one has tryed to put factory XM in before, because i dont like the look of the after market decks and want everything to look nice and clean. If anyone has try this let me know.

Thanks

I have an 02 SSEI and I thought about doing the same modification. However, I have a buddy in Ohio who I buy all my GM parts from and he told me it would be cheaper for me to go back to the dealership and have them put in the 03 head unit. I do have a factory cd changer in the truck so that could be some of the reason for the higher cost, but I am not sure. I did not ask him, but it may be possibele that he can not give me a decent discount for the head unit to make it worth my time. Hey if you find way to do it, at a decent price please post, I am very interested in doing this switch.
