Fosgate doesn't over rate their amps, i've seen actual test bench figures and they were nice. I think no one likes them cause their in every store. Sony ES amps are much differen then their regular line, and i recomend them, but not normal sony'*. Phoenix Gold (or am i confusing them with someone else) haev been known for watts as well.

i was wrong kiicker acutally underrates their amps, but i do know for sure kenwood overrates their amps. as far as fosgate goes im not really sure. but they are a bit overpriced.
