well the amps, headunit, and preamp is installed and working.

there is one problem, there is no sound.....well there was...untill i blew the 6x9'* and the front tweets......sweet (sarcastic tone). but the 5.25 are still workin... so this means new speakers. I dont know when this will happen prolly not till summer... oh well.. Everything sounded REEEALY good before the speakers went up in smoke SERIOUSLY they popped and they were smoking for like 5 seconds, u think I had too much power in them?? lol

wow im pissed that I only have 2 speakers in the car now........

sorry for the ramble.....

When you get the RF comps are you only going to run a front soundstage?

You ran WAY to much power into them apparantly... Speakers shouldn't be played loud right away either. They need to be broken in, this includes subs. Throwing money at this doesn't solve setup or compatibility issues. Save a costly mistake next time. But then again i'm probably singing to the choir at this point....

lol, there was no need to break in the speakers they have been being used for quite some time unamped, and yes i know that all speakers need broken in...but that doesnt matter in this case.... plus I KNEW that with the amp they were going to blow eventually. i had planned on getting new interior speakers anyway.......so its good that it happeded this way, i will get stuff that will handle the power
