not sure about your 2000+ but you would need to measure your tweets and make sure they are the right size. do thoes come with a crossover?? if not you need to get one

why would he need a new crossover...shouldnt the stock tweeters be running though a crossover already?

no the factory tweets have a bass block on the speaker itself, the speaker wiring is the same for the 5.25, and the tweet

yes but the crossover would be a better solution that a bass blocker.

Sorry but just so you know, those arent 200 or even 100 watt tweeters.

The 92-99 setup is basically just parallel wiring, no crossover as mentioned. A bass blocker will be fine, as that'* all a non-adjustable crossover is composed of (has atleast 2). You shouldn't notice a difference with your setup, good luck with what you get, and let us know how it goes!
