Default Theftlock red light on

I have owned this car since new and have disconnected the battery countless times. This time, the theftlock light is on solid red. Light has never come on. I assume, next time I disconnect battery, stereo will lock and i don't have a code.

Understand you can call GM at 1-800-537-5140 and then enter the Pontiac division dealer code followed by the radio serial number code.

Problem is i don't know the pontiac dealer code. The radio code is easy to get off the display.

Anyone know the dealer code to enter.

thanks

Whew!!! Got the light to extinguish by setting a sec code and then going thru the disarming procedure. Really thought I'd be locked out if I even tried to attempt.

Happy camper now.
