Default Suggestions for System in my '00

I am looking to put a system in my '00 on the cheap. Goal is to get decent SQ when finished. I am a complete noob to car audio but this is what I had put together. Remember, trying to keep it cheap!
Front- Pioneer 6.5" TS-C160R REV Components($150)
Rear- Pioneer 6x9" TS D691R REV($100)
Amp- Profile AP1040 4 ch.($100)
So what do you think? Open to any suggestions that are at or below the lowest prices which I could find these for on the web(listed). Please don't make fun if I am way off. I am trying to learn this stuff, from what I've read this stuff is decent? I want to keep the stock HU too so thats another reason not to dump a ton of $ into the speakers.
Thanks, Grant

Profile amp is junk, and IMO you really don't need the component system. IMO some two-ways and your stock tweetys will sound just fine. Other than that, yeah, good system on the cheap.

you are going to get a much better sound quality if you upgrade your HU instead of the speakers

Any other suggestions on the amp? I have heard that the components dominate the standard 2-ways. I really don't know, I'll go with 2 ways if you guys think its best. Sorry about the HU, I cant stand the look of aftermarket. I know most prefer the look but I prefer stock and really don't want to change it out. It can't be too bad, can it? I will still see a nice improvement right, or will I not?

EDIT: BTW Haro, I love your car. I have pics of it in my favorites. One of the nicest I've seen, definitely good taste.

if you're thinking about an amp with the stock HU, prepare for install hell.

Oooh, not good then! I've never done anything past doing a speaker swap with stock wiring. Maybe I should just let it go, I really don't have the extra cash anyway.

So I am guessing that I couldn't push these REV'* with my HU? The 6x9'* have an average 80 watt RMS rating and the 6.5'* have an average RMS input of 60 watts. What type of RMS am I looking for if I want to power them with my stock HU?
