Default stock speaker wattage handling?

so anyone know what wattage the stock non-bose speakers are rated at?

i'm thinking about hooking this old 100w amp i have up to my 6x9'*..not sure if it would be overkill though..i have a lower wattage aftermarket CD player..i think they are getting about 30w each as of now..could they handle 80w without sounding like crap?

nope.
your better off spending $50 on a cheapo pair of speakers if you feel the need to use the amp

If you hook the amp up.. that smoke smell will be your speakers cooking. They are probably around 30watts.
