Steering wheel controls - GM Forum - Buick, Cadillac, Chev, Olds, GMC & Pontiac chat

Audio (and aftermarket electronics) This is your place for alarms, remote starters, to brag about your system, exaggerate your db levels, or simply ask questions for stock or aftermarket audio. No Flames! (except from roasted amps)

If I remember correctly Sony and Alpine are two manufacturers that have a feature on mid-upper scale decks that you can get an adapter to work with the stock steering wheel controls.
Talk to Best Buy or Ultimate Electronics or some other audio/electronics shop -they should know who has em.

Oh, and WOO HOOO. Legit Post # 1000!!!!

David, do a google search on SWI-X. That'* the one I was running last year. You need a deck with IR remote for it to work.

you can buy one at the www.clubgp.com store. It'* under electronics I do believe and runs at around $57. I use it and it works great. very simple to install too.
