Default speaker removal

To replace the speakers in the front doors, do I need to take off the entire door panel? If yes then I already have the Techinfo page open, if not then what all needs to be taken off to reach the speakers?

I know, I was just making sure whether the whole thing had to come off for the speakers or not.
