Default Speaker Instalation in 2000 Saturn SC2

One of my front speakers is sounding tinny so I guess it is time for a new pair. I am told I need to buy 6-1/2 inch speakers with mounting tabs making it really a 6-3/4 inch mounting. Can anyone let me know where to buy such speakers in the really cheap category?

Also, I tried to pry the speaker housing off of the door liner without success. Does this indicate that I need to take the whole liner off? IIRC, it really is not that big a deal to take it off, but I want to minimize my time outdoors in this cold weather.

crutchfield.com starts at 40 as well. they give you adapter brackets and connectors to plug into stock wiring free.

You will need to remove the entire door panel to gain access to the speaker. After that just swap in your new speakers. If you buy 6 3/4" speakers from Crutchfield they will supply you with free speaker wire adapters. I believe Sonic will do the same thing.
