Default speaker/compass?

my compass will intermittantly work after I replaced my 6x9'* where is it and where can I move it to?

move it further away from the speakers, it really doesnt matter where, but you may have to extend the wires

you can place it on the trunk lid itself (inside) or even above the headliner (if you are inclined enough to remove it)

yes a few members have done that, but if your not going to add subs then if you just move the compass out further away from the speakers maybe in the middle of the rear deck on the bottom you may be ok

Sorry...it'* not left side on a 97 SSEi. It'* dead center according to the little box with a couple wires I saw the other night while napping in my trunk. (Hooking up the tail light wires)
