Default Sort of a Xmas Bonus

We just got an e-mail informing us that we would not have insurance payments taken out of our checks. This is our 27th pay period this year, and the insurance is based on 26 a month. For a family guy like me, that'* an extra 400 bucks in my pocket.

The reason this is on topic here is, I'm gonna get yet another new toy with it...

JVC In-Dash CD Player (KD-G300)
JVC KDG300 • 50 watts x 4 peak power
• One pre-amp output
• MP3 & CD-R/RW playback • Multi-color faceplate
• Remote control
• CD-Text display

That was the deciding factor. Gots'ta stay with the red dash lights...

Like my son said "It looks Demonic..."

But, I may get the 310 instead. Same price, same chassis, but it adds CD Changer controls in case I ever decide to upgrade

I LIKE it! I'm sure you will too.

Are you saying that you pay $400 bi-weekly for insurance?

Well, she'* in. And she is NICE!!

Only complaint so far is I still don't have a freakin clock unless I turn it off. But the red display looks great, and she sounds pretty nice so far. Haven't had much chance to play with the equalizer setting or anything yet.

Pics to come (for them that care)

for the clock part, hit the menu button on the remote until 'D.Info' appears. then i think the fast foward button will change it to on and the time will show up just above the station/track number display
