Audio (and aftermarket electronics) This is your place for alarms, remote starters, to brag about your system, exaggerate your db levels, or simply ask questions for stock or aftermarket audio. No Flames! (except from roasted amps)

First of all, you've got two flasher units under the dash: one for turn signals, the other for 4-way emergency flashers. If you replaced one and nothing seems to have changed, maybe you replaced the wrong one...? You can verify that you're looking at the right one by just holding it to see if you can feel it clicking.

Also check your exterior lights: a bad bulb can cause this, especially if you only see the symptoms when signalling a turn one way but not the other. Turn on the parking lights and the 4-way flashers, get out and walk around. Any bulbs that aren't blinking are obviously bad; any that go out when they're supposed to get brighter instead have a ground problem in the socket.

If you're still having problems after that, get back to us with more details...
