Default Saddle horn

I want a saddle horn for my Bonneville. Really. I plan actually to have it be so that when I hit the horn on the steering wheel, a screech that screams the word saddle is played about three or four times. What'* the best way to do this?

I have a bullhorn, and I was wondering if I could use this effectively. Does anyone know the best way to make this scream "Saddle?"

Maybe I may want to have a separate button that activates the saddle horn. But I just want to be able to have "saddle" scream from my car because it'* funny. While I have most of my electronic goods ripped apart and in the process of renovation anyway, I might as well put in a saddle horn. I guess the best way to go around this would be to get someone'* recommendation for a ~$10 box that will play a recording out to speaker lines, and I could put that to my bullhorn. Then, there'* some button wiring, fuse wiring, etc. Just something I figured I'd ask about it in case someone'* find a good way to make a loud horn.

Didn't see that coming at all. I'll be sure to play this as I pass police officers.

Are there specific temperature-/water-resistant PA speakers that can be mounted in the front bumper with no worries at all, or does that include all PA speakers?

Here'* what I have:

It'* a 12V DC bullhorn, and I hooked it up to an AC-DC adapter. It has three lines: ground, speaker in, and the power line that'* supposed to be used when the speaker line isn't hooked up, and it screams like a police siren. It'* made of plastic, and I'm not sure if it would work partly because of temperature, and then also because it may be illegal if I can use it as a police siren.
