Default running wire into the car question

Im putting puddle lights on the bottom of the car...Does anyone have ideas on the best way to run the wire up into the car. (my cars got a bunch of lights and stuff inside that i have all hooked to a remote and i want these on the same line)
When i did this type thing with my truck i just tucked the lines along the door and ran them in which turned out to be a bad idea...it opened the door seal and would leak water into the car everytime it rained..
So i was wondering what anyone else with undercar kits or puddle lights have done if they ran it into the car...

you can run behind the inner wheel well then into the door jamb and near the door wiring loom, or my personal favorite, above the gas tank and into the passenger compartment near the fuel level sender.

...And if you are going to be running all those lights, and if you want them all on the same circuit, use a relay

With my underbody l.e.d. kit, i used the floor plugs and some gaskit maker. 2 1/2 years and no leaks.
