Default Remote Wire

Can anyone tell me the color of the hot wire for the antenna in the trunk on a 96. I've heard it'* dark green but i want to be sure. I have a stock deck and dont wanna run a wire to the front, rather stay in the trunk. My antenna always stays up when my radio is on.

I didn't read Haros like but a remote turn on wire off the antenna will mean that your amp will only come on when using the radio.

I would suggest tapping into an ignition wire and using a relay back to your amp. Unless you have an amp with speaker level inputs (that you are using) and it has the signal sensing.

your antenna will stay up when the headunit is on if you use the stock headunit and you should be fine by tapping the antenna wire as long as you keep the stock headunit.
