Audio (and aftermarket electronics) This is your place for alarms, remote starters, to brag about your system, exaggerate your db levels, or simply ask questions for stock or aftermarket audio. No Flames! (except from roasted amps)

The antenna lead will work when you are listening to the radio ONLY, when you put in a tape or cd the power on the remote will turn off. You could run a toggle switch or something to a wire that is always hot and switch it as you need to. An aftermarket deck has an AMP turn on lead that is 12V whenever the deck is on.

I know I just like the ****-pit look the stock radio gives in the dark. I'll try to find something else to make it work. Upon looking hard enought I'm sure I'll find something.
