There'* a chance that you'll need the wires too. From what I remember about Viper equipment, the door lock outputs are a separate plug-in harness with 2 or 3 wires. When I would install equipment without those options, I would omit the harness as well. It makes the install just that much cleaner. Not to worry, though. I probably have something laying around here that will work.
Thanks for the tip! The manual didn't come with a wiring schematic. It'* only the owner'* manual. The box is stamped all over with "Installation to be done by a licensed professional only." So, it would make sense that they didn't include the schematic.

That'* OK. I talked to a buddy about 5 minutes ago that works with DEI product daily. He confirmed that the lock wires are a separate connector and that they are negative trigger. I also dug up the connector if you need one.

You'll have to poke your head up under the dash to see if the wires were omitted. If they are there, we can get started whenever you're ready. If not, PM me with your address so I can get the harness to you.

Default Remote start

Audiovox has a 996A or something like that but it has a lot of great feature including a 1,000 foot radius and 2 way paging.
