Its not in a bonnie, but I was driving my friends 2004 Accord. He has the stock radio/GPS touchscreen. Everytime I came within certain areas (normally around military bases), The radio will change from a preset to a random station. He said it also happens every morning as he is going up 295 past the blue plains sewage plant ( Bolling AFB is less than a mile away).

Any Ideas what causes it? We are stumped
