Default Programming Viper alarm remote

Does anyone know a "backdoor" way to program a replacement remote for a DEI Viper alarm system? My last remote was lost when I moved and I'm going to have to get another on eBay (unless someone has a better suggestion). I really don't want to pay the alarm installer (Circuit City) to push a few buttons that I could do myself. TIA -

Check here: http://www.viper.com/guides/default.asp

They have Owners Guides, Installation Guides, and Transmitter Cross Reference Guides. You should be able to find something there....
