Default Power Antenna help

OK.. got the wiring done.. but having issues with the power antenna.. the power to it is blue on the harness right? Well.. I hooked it up and it wouldn't go up.. I don't have the antenna cable itself hooked up but guess the ground wouldn't be concern from the antenna cable. I don't know know which fuse it is on the panel to see if thats the cause ( blown fuse.) any suggestions? Any one know the wiring so maybe I can try bypassing it and going straight to the antenna motor to see if it'* anything before the antenna motor or if it'* the motor thats shot.. HELP ASAP !!

Couple of quick questions,
Does the motor on the antenne work? Dont assume, take it out and test it.
Do you measure 12V comming off the blue wire to ground?
