i think if you are considering getting one from the junk yard, you might as well get one from circuit city or best buy with free installation..... it will sound better too. just get a cheap panasonic or jvc

Burning hot VD? I think you are consulting the wrong people....

What do you want? An original radio to keep the original look or just whatever? Me... I like the stock look when it comes to radios, so I still have a stock one. I hate how a lot of aftermarket kits stick out.

E11 : Broken Tape Error Cause(*): A broken cassette tape Correction(*): Substitute a different cassette tape

what does this mean? there is NO tape in the deck to be broken it just thinks there is one inside and it drives me nutsand the skiping cd prob drives me insain do you think one of those CD laser cleaning things will help that prob?

Can you tell if the tape carriage is up or down if you peek in there? Maybe if it'* stuck down you could find a way to get it to pop back up. A laser cleaning might help with the skipping. If it doesn't, my reaction would be to replace the radio, especially if I couldn't fix the tape deck either.
