Pioneer DVD5700 issue
I'm looking at upgrading to a touch screen one so I can have a DVD in the car 2 use my sirus sat more often and 3 just because i want too, heres the problem I have, my stereo sits in far in the dash, so i don't belive the screen will beable to flip out enough
so i was thinking could a A have the deck sit out a little further, or what other options could i use? i'd really like to have it fit in without cutting the car if possible? but the trim and heater controls make it kinda difficult
<--- this is the deck i will be using
any ideas or assistance would be appcated :?:

by the looks of the way the HU in there now is mounted, you should be able to switch the "cd holder" slot to above the HU instead of below it. Using one of those universal kits you can mount a HU 1/4" 1/2" 3/4" 1" out from the dash.
