Quality wise I would go with something else. Personally I went with an Alpine.

No sub, no external amp. Radio only with stock speakers...sounds fine to my 40 yr old ears...lol. I got my radio from Ikesound. $183.00 with shipping.

The pioneer is fine quality wise, my eject button broke, and when best buy fixed it they managed to get the lcd wiring messed up. But for the money you can get more options.

Well, I have to agree mostly, but do say that the sound does leave something to be desired.
Sure it'* not the most expensive radio, but for the money you can buy a newer/different make or model (the DEH-P77DH is already almost 3 years old and is based of the DEH-P47DH which is even older than that, the 77 just got the alarm, another set of pre-outs, and a remote) with more features and a cleaner sound.
