Default Ping sound

I start to get a pinging sound in my rear speakers when I play a song with some bass in it. It gets worse when I accelerate!? It also dosen't do it when I first start it up. Did I blow my rear speakers? I wouldn't think I have because the owner before me (My Grandparents) never used the sterio?!

Please HELP! It'* driving me NUTES!
