Great job buddy...beat me to it when I told you I was going to finish mine today.

It is really simple. Red wire from the factory harness for power and black for ground.

I thought about that location but decided against it. Too much movement. Plus the bare led leads are nearly touching the metal of ur shifter. I suppose you could tape it first.

BTW...I'm typing from a pc with no "o" key. hint hint. Putting the finishing touches on my setup.

ok heres what I did. One big thing about the pac is it has a very narrow beam to see the radio. Nearly needs to point directly at it.

You can say it!!! I visited modman...and I had already begun my modboy activities.

The texture and paint is a near perfect match. Can't wait to see the installed pics.

Yes, fortunately the unit DOES keep its commands if you disconnect power.

Mmmm not so sure on that one. I think it might have to do with length of time disconnected. I had started to program to test it out. Unhooked battery cable in the morning yesterday to do my steering wheel controls when I got home. Had to redo the first part of programming.

Hey Custom...you posted between Haro'* post and my reply back to him...the butt kissing wasn't for you...lol

Will put all my install pics HU/Harness and pac into my other thread soon as I can. Prolly tonight. The installed pics didn't come out too good in the dark. (I know..you said let it cure...lol...I couldn't after the next beer it just installed itself)
