I was only able to get it at Lowe'*, it was in the section with gutters and HVAC ducting. I also got Dynamat Extreme which cost around ten times more, but is virtually identical in properties with one exception: Dynamat is a rubber-based product, while Peel and Seal is an asphalt-based product and smells very bad. People who used Peel and Seal throughout their Bonnevilles have said the smell is gone within two days. I used some Peel and Seal around the back seat and rear deck areas, and there was no smell after a couple days. I have my remaining Peel and Seal in a plastic toolbox and it reeks of asphalt when I open it. For whatever that'* worth. Again, I agree that the smell goes away within two days if you use it in your car. I used mineral spirits and paper towels for cleanup, and that worked very well.
