i got a single 15 box, but only large amp i got is my JL 1000/1

i bet its sounds great! many people said my 10W7 wasnt worth the money, but they changed their mind once their heard it

JL make great products, they say they are over priced, but its something i dont believe in

thats cause u have money to spend on em... i love these subs but would i spend $400 for one 8" sub HELL NO.
but they r quality products... did alot of tuning today.. getting close to optimum... JL has a tuning guide for their W7'* and slasher amp combos... but they dont recommend running a 1000/1 with the 8w7'*.. so i had to improvise..
2 8w7'* would have similar power handlings as 1 12w7 so i used that. its hard to not add a little bass boost or add a positive bass curve but i want these to last and they r loud on a flat eq curve.. i added one click of bass boost, add set everything else how JL recommends

I'm not bragging about having money to spend on it, all i meant to say is they are definitely worth what they are priced at IMO
I'm the kinda of person that would rather wait and save on for something he wants than to get something cheaper to have a bandage on
