94-99 radios are the same. If it looks like mine then it will work in a 94-99. Some Pontiacs continued to use the same radio thru 2001.

Well this is reassuring for me, glad i got free installation with my deck! The 94-95 radios and climate control might be better, but their ODB hookups are the worst ever

The 92-93 radios are different, have slightly different wiring harnesses, and some of the wires are in different places. The mounting brackets are also different.
