wouldnt a dvc with dual 4 ohms wired at 2 ohm be louder?

it wouldn't be appropriate with your amp..for a dual 4 ohm sub .....you most likely want a mono amp.

the voice coil configs won't make a sub louder....its just for different wiring configs and getting the most out of your amp

74.95?? there'* not much in that price range. I guess you could go rockford HE and still run that 2 channel amp bridged. ummmm possibly the jl w0 series something (not sure on pricing)

i don't remember the last time i bought a sub that retailed for under $200?!

retail price and what u can realistically get a good sub for off of the internet are 2 entirely different things

well its either the jbl or the infinity. my girlfriend has 2 of the infinitys in her grand prix and they dont play as low as i wanted them too. i like the jbl the most now what about a box for it do u know of any site of a box calcuator i cant find any specs on a 1.00cft box sealed or a 2.25 ported box. which is better wont ported play lower bass then a sealed box?
